This Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for providing purchasing and logistic services to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Additionally, this position will control warehouse inventory by coordinating movement of product from production to warehouse to shipping.

Job Title : Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor

Job Type : Full-time / Salaried / Direct Hire

Salary : $80,000 - $104,000 annually, depending upon prior experience / skill level

Essential functions for this Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor will include :

• Picks-up, stores and prepares product for shipping product by monitoring production, designing / adjusting storage areas and verifying location / directing movement to staging areas
• Managing and tracking of material with suppliers including export and import.
• Manage importing and exporting shipment custom clearance and coordinate importing freight management
• Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries
• Create and keep track of all needed purchase orders, verifying requisition, PO's and invoice match and company purchasing / supply protocols are kept
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases
• Monitors inventory by completing counts as required

We're looking for Warehouse and Procurement professionals with the following background profile :

• High School Diploma / GED is REQUIRED; advanced degree in Logistics or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a warehouse leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is a must
• Ability to understand Technical Documentation, such as drawings / schematics is valued
• Understanding oral and written Spanish highly desirable
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
